My passion is supporting women in their 40s to master the chaos of changing hormones, mood, metabolism and energy of perimenopause, so they can feel calm, in control, less stressed and more comfortable in their body and clothes again. 

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology). I am also a Life Coach and Naturopathic Emotional Release practitioner.
